1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Gigsinfo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Gigsinfo scans job sources and delivers curated freelance leads to subscribers. We don't guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any individual lead.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, trial & billing
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends. After the trial, you're billed on a recurring basis at the price of the plan you selected, until you cancel.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime before your trial ends to avoid being charged, or cancel an active subscription to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no scraping, reselling access, or attempting to disrupt Gigsinfo's systems.
7. Intellectual property
Gigsinfo and its content, branding, and underlying technology belong to us. Your use of the service doesn't transfer any ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Gigsinfo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Gigsinfo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
